Santiago Consulting Services provides professional consulting and advisory services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final once services are rendered. This Refund & Dispute Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All fees paid to Santiago Consulting Services are non-refundable once consulting services have been delivered, in whole or in part. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Consulting hours already provided
- Strategy sessions or advisory calls
- Written documentation, frameworks or recommendations
- Research, analysis or preparation performed on the client’s behalf
Because consulting services involve the delivery of professional time, expertise, and intellectual effort, refunds are not provided for completed work.
If a client prepays for consulting services or service packages:
- Unused, unrendered services may be canceled with written notice
- Any services already delivered will be deducted at the standard hourly rate
- Remaining balances, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
Santiago Consulting Services reserves the right to determine whether services have been rendered based on session delivery, preparation time or work performed.
Santiago Consulting Services does not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance improvements. Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes
- Business decisions made by the client
- Failure to implement recommendations
- External market or organizational factors
Clients acknowledge that consulting services are advisory in nature and that final decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
If a client believes they have been billed in error, they must submit a written dispute within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date.

Disputes submitted after this period may not be reviewed.
Clients agree to contact Santiago Consulting Services directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of these terms and may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Collection of outstanding balances
- Restriction from future engagements
This Refund & Dispute Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any legal action arising from this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
